What to Expect
Attire/Time Commitment
- Some come in their Sunday best, while others wear their casual everyday clothes.
- A typical service lasts around 75 minutes.
- On the first Sunday of every month, we enjoy a meal together following the service and celebrate that month's birthdays!
Our Service
- Engaging worship music from a variety of traditions (CCM, Contemporary Gospel, Hymns)
- Sermons are rooted in scripture and relevant to life.
- Structure: Welcome- Worship - Announcements - Greeting - Prayer - Sermon - Communion - Blessing
Community
- A culturally, economically, and generationally diverse group of people
- People who believe in Jesus and those who have honest questions
- People who have spent their lives in church and others who are coming for the first time
Children
- Kids worship with their parents/guardians through the first few songs.
- During greeting time, children are dismissed for a fun and formative time with trained volunteers.
- Classes - Nursery, K-2nd grade, and 3rd-5th grade
Entrance
- We worship on the lower level of the building. Look for two doors with our sign above them leading towards some stairs.
- Elevator access is available up the ramp; talk to a greeter if you need assistance.
Parking
- Parking is available in the lot right off the street and just down the hill when you enter.
- Additional parking is available in the Oak Knoll Nursing home parking lot.
