New Year Challenge

Following Christ more Closely in 2026

Hey Bridge Family!
As we start 2026, we long as a church to see more and more of our lives brought under the Lordship of Christ and reflecting that reality! Join us each week as we try a new challenge and encourage each other towards developing healthier habits in 2026.

If you want encoruagement and accountability on this journey, Michhelle Williams will be hosting an online community here! This group is meant to be a safe place for positivity, encouragement, support, and respect where we seek to honor God and elevate ourselves and others. Michelle Williams is incredibly passionate about this and encouraging each other towards greater health and holistic growth.

Here are more details on the challenge:
Week 1 - Jan 4th: Jesus and Our Body- Health (Mark 5) Intermittent Fast for 16 hours daily, eat two nutrient dense meals consisting of whole foods only (no snacking between meals) at least 30 minutes of exercise and 7 hours of restful sleep daily.
Week 2 - Jan 11: Jesus and Our Time - Schedules (Mark 1) Spend the very first 10 minutes of your day with God (ex. Grateful List, Prayer, Devotional and Reading Scripture).
Week 3 - Jan 18: Jesus and Our Stories (Mark 5:) Use your God given gifts, talents, and stories to bless or compliment someone daily (preferably someone you do not already know).
Week 4 - Jan 25: Jesus and Our Money (Mark 12) Be faithful about tithing 10% of your income or calculate how much you are saving on groceries/snacks & Starbucks during this health challenge and give a free will offering.
